The Mombaruzzo area's ability to produce excellent wines is recorded in documents dating as far back as 1014.
Giacome Sperone and his sons, Paolo and Antonio set up their estate and winery on the sunny hills of Mombaruzzo,
with the aim of producing superb quality sparkling white wines and D.C.C. classical wines. They have certainly achieved
this high standard. Produced entirely from Cortese grapes, giving this elegant white wine a fresh, fragrant style with
delicate, green apple fruit


MYTILUS ALBARINO, Rias Baixas, Spain
This small family owned, and operated winery covers two hectares of vines from some of the finest terroirs of
Rías Baixas. The wine is aged for four to six months on its lees to provide extra depth and complexity. Intense
aromas of grapefruits, peach with notes of rose and aniseed. Smooth on the palate with a good acidity. A joyful

FEUDI SALENTINE 125 NEGROAMARO DEL SALENTO, Puglia, Italy
Negroamaro is a black grape, almost exclusively cultivated in Apulia. Hand-harvest grapes from the province of
Taranto, in the ‘heel' of Italy, are employed in the production and the wine is aged for between three and six
months, in French oak barrels. This wine is ruby-red with purple hints and it has intense fragrances of wild berries,
in particular mulberry and blueberry. On the palate, persistent fruity notes stand out, alongside a distinctive bitter
note on the velvety finish.


SIDEWOOD SHIRAZ, Adelaide Hills, Australia 
Owned by Owen and Cassandra Inglis since 2004, Sidewood is already starting to get noticed. Highly respected
critic James Halliday gave them a five-star rating in both the 2016 and 2018 editions of Wine Companion.
Outstanding example of a cool-climate Shiraz from the Adelaide hills, this wine presents lifted fruit flavours of
red cherry, currants and dark plum on the nose. The palate intensifies with flavours of pomegranate, cinnamon
and spice and a textural earthy finish with soft silky tannins.
